I knew this article (which is not radically critical) and I understand
Norman Walsh point of view.

We just have a different point of view: here at XMLmind, we really don't
care about the physical representation of XML as long as it follows the
standard [*] [**].

What's really important for us is making it as easy and as safe as
possible authoring structured documents.
