Hello, I normally run XXE in single instance mode.
If I don't have XXE running at all, when I try and open an XML document, there is a longish delay while Java, then XXE start up. If during this delay, I try and open a second document, instead of getting both documents in the same instance, I get an error "Cannot start XXE in single instance mode: address already in use" and two instances of XXE. Most annoyingly single instance mode gets turned off so that even by closing the second instance, I cannot re-open the document in the first instance without first finding and reverting the option. Could the "address already in use" detection somehow anticipate this condition, which I experience with annoying regularity on both Linux and Widnows? Just leaving the option alone for next time the app is run would probably help. Philip Nye
