[XXE] Java Web start and offline mode

Hi all,

Does anyone has experience with running XXE from a cached Java Web start 
configuration in offline mode? We configured the JNLP file with
<jnlp>
    [...]
  <offline-allowed/>
    [...]
</jnlp>

But no luck: the offline startup command in the Java Console is disabled.
