Hmm. If I did this, it wasn't on purpose. Do the add-ons do this? I have
these installed:

  A customized configuration for the DocBook DTD (1.1.2)
  A sample customize.xxe (1.0.7)
  Apache FOP 1.x XSL-FO processor plug-in (0.94.0)
  XMLmind FO Converter XSL-FO processor plug-in (4.1.0)
  Apache Batik image toolkit plug-in (1.6.0)
  Jimi image toolkit plug-in (1.0.0)

Ah! Uninstalling "A customized configuration for the DocBook DTD
(1.1.2)" ungrays those options. Hmm, I wonder if I'll miss that add-on.
