On our side, we have changed nothing at all in the code which styles CALS tables. You can check this easily by opening XXE_install_dir/demo/docbook-table.xml in XXE v3.6.0. I could help you more if you send me (mailto:hussein at xmlmind.com) one of the documents for which there are problems. If opening this document requires a custom configuration of yours, do not hesitate to send it too.
