Hi,

I had this question a few months ago. Hussein's answer to this is here:
http://www.xmlmind.com/pipermail/xmleditor-support/2006-December/004836.html

After this modified macro is started it prompts user to enter the value of the
appropriate profiling parameter which is then saved as a variable.

You can configure any profiling parameter which is offered by DocBook. You can
also modify the macro command to use more than one parameter in which case the
user is prompted twice for example.

According to Hussein's post I adapted this profiling feature for other outputs
as well (ODT, HTML Help etc.) and I have been using it since then without any
problems.

Greetings

Pavel Skopik

Hussein,

Sorry for the redundant question, as I know I've seen this in the archives
somewhere but can't find it now.

I want to do some simple profiling of procedures for a manual. I have a
document which contains procedures for an Oracle and MS SQL database user and
want to create output for each user.

What's the easiest, most straightforward way to get this done in XXE?

Thanks,
Tony DaSilva
