When typing a new paragraph I get to place in the sentence where I have a phrase that I want to format as a "code" element. So, I type Ctrl-I and choose "code". I then type the text I want formatted as code. But I cannot seem to get OUT of the code element. If I hit the right arrow nothing happens.
If I insert a code element in the _middle_ of existing text, the right arrow will get me out, but not if the code element is the last thing in the document. So this means I have to type the phrase normally and then go back and make it a code element which is not efficient. What am I missing?
