I'm sorry but XMLmind XML Editor has not been designed to allow this.

Please open the CSS file in a text editor, modify the CSS in it, save
the CSS file without exiting the text editor, then use the View menu to
apply your modifications to the document currently opened in XXE. Please
do that as many times as needed to. That's what we do, here at XMLmind,
when we develop a new CSS.
