An *XML* document which is 1.3Mb long is pretty large, not reasonably
large.

The size of the whole documentation of XXE (several hundreds of pages)
is just 2Mb, but this documentation is split in 80 files.

I'm sorry but I don't see what we can do. XXE has never been designed to
edit large documents. So let's say you have reached one of the many
limits of our XML editor.
