No, but there is an easy and intuitive way to do it: [1] Switch to the ``document structure view'' using menu item View|Document Structure. See attached screen shot. [2] Click on gray word "section" to select section "1.1.3 Lion". [3] Insert a new section after selected section. This will be your "1.1.4 Farm animals" section. [4] Click on gray word "section" to select section "1.1.4 Cow". Use menu item DocBook|Demote (shortcut F2 Right_Arrow) to move "1.1.4 Cow" to "1.1.4.1 Cow".
