Thank you for your contribution. For now, we don't have a central repository for user-contributed add-ons. But this is going to change in the next few weeks: contributors will be able to upload themselves on our website self-descriptive add-ons. These user-contributed add-ons will then be automatically listed in the dialog box displayed by Options|Install Add-ons.
