I did: $ wget http://www.xmlmind.net/xmleditor/_download/list-4_4_0.xxe_addon and instead of downloading the list of add-ons, I got an index.html file explaining that the server hosting www.xmlmind.net was undergoing maintenance (which means that it suddenly crashed) and that I need to retry my request later. Meanwhile, please use "Options|Preferences", "Install add-ons" section and replace "www.xmlmind.net" by "www.xmlmind.com" in the URLs specified in the "Download add-ons from these servers" listbox.
