I cannot reproduce the problem with XMLmind XML Editor 4.4.0 and the (latest) copy of the "W3C XML Schema configuration" add-on downloaded from any of our servers. My guess is that you are using an old copy of the "W3C XML Schema configuration" add-on which is out of sync with XMLmind XML Editor 4.4.0. We currently don't know how to properly solve such versioning problems in the case of add-ons not containing code (i.e. .jar files). We recommend to first uninstall the "W3C XML Schema configuration" add-on, to restart XMLmind XML Editor and then to reinstall the add-on, as there is no other way to upgrade this kind of add-on.
