I'm really sorry but I'm not allowed to provide support of any kind to
users still having XMLmind XML Editor version 2 and version 3.

Therefore, unless you upgrade to version 4, I cannot answer any of your
questions, which from now will be systematically rejected by the
moderator of this public mailing list (no offense intended: please
understand that support has a cost).
