I have a docbook book document where I want to move chapters into separate chapter files for inclusion. It works fine to write a chapter file from scratch, but I cannot figure out how to move a chapter from the book document and to the chapter file. When I select a chapter in the book I cannot cut it to the clipboard. Copy seems to work, but I cannot paste it in the new chapter document. Any suggestions?
