This button has been removed because it is no longer needed. You can now create conrefs using the same procedures which work for all the other document types (i.e. XHTML, DocBook): * Using Copy As Reference (Ctrl+Shift-C) then Paste (Ctr-U, Ctrl-V, Ctrl-W). AND/OR * If you use ``XML variables'' (that is <ph> elements containing product name, company name, copyright info, etc), the Include tool. Please take the time to read: "XMLmind XML Editor - DITA Support, Content inclusion" http://www.xmlmind.com/xmleditor/_distrib/doc/dita/help-4.html A generic tutorial about "Copy As Reference/Paste" is found here: http://www.xmlmind.com/xmleditor/_distrib/doc/user/tutorial_modular_document.html How to use the Include tool is explained here: http://www.xmlmind.com/xmleditor/_distrib/doc/user/being_productive.html#include_tool > Also, is there a support forum related to your software?
