Your XML file is either not an XML file at all or it is a so-called
``non-well formed'' (that is, erroneous) XML file.

There is no way to open such files in XMLmind XML Editor.

Please use a text editor to open it and:
[1] Check that it is actually an XML file.
[2] If this is the case, please try to locate and fix the problems by hand.
