This is great news! I feel particularly lucky in seeing an RFE immediately 
implemented, even before it was pronounced as such...

Excellent. In case you have not yet decided on the tooltip's content, you might 
be able to make use of the text I came up with (but of course feel free to 
choose your own):

<html>To expand or collapse <b>one</b> level: <b>single</b> left-click on the 
triangle.<br>To expand or collapse <b>all</b> levels:  <b>double</b> left-click 
on the triangle,<br>or right-click on the triangle and left-click on a command 
in its menu.</html>

(Left-handers with suitable mouse button configuration, please excuse me for 
oversimplifying by writing "left-click" instead of the more correct "click 
button 1".)
