I'm sorry but I don't know. I would suggest to give clicking "Use Windows® standard fonts" a try. May be Arial, Times New Roman, etc, have Hebrew glyphs. > And which is the corresponding alias? It depends on the XSLT stylesheets you are using to convert your document to other formats. Most XSLT stylesheets use mainly serif, serif-bold, serif-italic, serif-bold-italic. Therefore, you may start to experiment by mapping the font having Hebrew glyphs to serif,NOT-bold,NOT-italic.
