The XMLEditor Preferences | Install add-ons set to:
"Install add-ons in XXE installation directory"
Logged into Windows 7 as administrator user. There are no other active
user desktops/session. Trying to install add-ons on XMLEditor 4.8 and
Windows 7 Professional and get the following error message:
