If you intend to use the WHC (XMLmind Web Help Compiler[*]) to convert
DocBook or DITA documents to Web Help, the answer is almost certainly
no. The integration layer found in XXE v5.1.1 which allows to invoke whc
has not been designed to be packaged as an add-on.

If you want to integrate whc in a configuration of yours (e.g. a
configuration which would allow to use XXE to edit documents conforming
to your proprietary schema), the answer is of course yes.
