I have never seen this problem before. I need to be able to reproduce the problem in order to be able to help you. Please send me privately mailto:[email protected] a sample document allowing to reproduce this problem. I assume that you are using Apache FOP (that is, you have not purchased RenderX XEP) to generated the PDF. If you have specified custom XSLT stylesheet parameters, please tell me which ones.
