XMLmind XML Editor is just an XML editor, creating standard DocBook, DITA, XHTML, etc, XML files. This means that you can work with persons using any kind of XML editor (or even plain text editors provided that these are somewhat XML-aware). Therefore what you want to do is hard to understand for us. Personally, I work for years with coworkers and friends who all use versions of XMLmind XML Editor older than mine without the slightest problem.
