we found a problem when including a topic with subtopics twice into a

The topic itself is included correctly but the subtopic is included only

I'm sorry but I don't remember. I'll have to check the DITA standard.
Please note that using a <dita> file containing one or more topics, some
of the topics themselves possibly containing subtopics, is [1] likely to
cause you other problems [2] is not "DITA-ish" at all (DITA rules: every
topic in its own file; no nested topics).
TIP: If you want to work conveniently with many topic files, please
consider opening the map as a document set, rather than putting many
topics in a single file. See tutorial "Working with a document set" --
http://www.xmlmind.com/xmleditor/_tutorial/document_set/index.html
It doesn’t matter if I convert it as a PDF or an XHTML (the file is
missing in the dita_lists).
For input and output please see attachment.
We'll *try* to fix this bug for next release (expected in about a week).
Can you please provide some kind of solution
Attached ditamap seems to work more consistently.
