This character corresponds to U+1D700 MATHEMATICAL ITALIC SMALL EPSILON. I would be suprised if you find a software which can render it correctly.

Sorry but XXE does not support characters such as "𝜀" which are outside the Unicode Basic Multilingual Plane (0000–FFFF).
This limitation should of course be clearly stated in http://www.xmlmind.com/xmleditor/limitations.html . This is currently not the case. We'll fix this omission ASAP.
