Sorry but we cannot help you:
* We have never tested XMLmind XML Editor on a dual-monitor machine.
* It seems very unlikely that the problem you describe could be caused
by XMLmind's code. This seems to be a Java bug. This bug could be
specific to Fedora/Gnome. I would suggest to test this on another
operating system (i.e. may be you can dual-boot your machine to Windows)
and/or another Java runtime (e.g. Java 1.6).
