Thanks to your excellent bug report, I've easily managed to reproduce
the behavior you have described.
Making this behavior an option is given a very low priority as this is a
questionable behavior rather than a real bug.

Actual Results:
1. Start --> "Unknown word"
2. Replace All --> all instances of that word are replaced
3. incorrect word is underlined again
4. Start --> Spell Checker automatically replaces the incorrect word
with the previously selected replacement word
Expected:
1. Start --> "Unknown word"
2. Replace All --> all instances of that word are replaced
3. incorrect word is underlined again
4. Start --> word is NOT automatically replaced. Spell Checker provides
all options.
