Thanks to your excellent bug report, I've easily managed to reproduce
the behavior you have described.
Making this behavior an option is given a very low priority as this is a
questionable behavior rather than a real bug.

1. Start --> "Unknown word"
2. Ignore All --> all instances of that word are ignored (skipped) until

1. Start --> "Unknown word"
2. Ignore All --> all instances of that word are ignored (skipped) until
next incorrect word is reached
3. Start --> word is NOT automatically ignored. Spell Checker provides
all options.
