Hi,

You can provide your own implementation of the named template
"table.row.properties" for that purpose. Details in Chapter 30. (Tables)
of the excellent book from Bob Stayton "DocBook XSL, the Complete
Guide", which also provides an example implementation that produces
stripped tables in printed output.
