You have indeed found a minor bug, which is fixed now.
However I had hard times trying to reproduce it. The only way I've found
to reproduce it in last version of XXE was to modify by hand
automatically generated file
XXE_user_preferences_dir/custom/dita_map_dir/conf.
I mean, simply moving your XSLT stylesheet customization elsewhere
didn't cause 1) this customization to be marked "Unknown" and 2) the
"Remove" button to be grayed out.
