You must create all these files:
* in a directory of your own, typically nearby the source of your
documentation,
* NOT in "xxe-config:docbook/xsl/webhelp/" (which may be overwritten the
next time you'll upgrade XXE.)

You need to create your own versions of header.html, footer.html and
header_footer.css. Of course, you can give these files different names
because these files are all yours.

This archive contains our own header.html, footer.html and
header_footer.css files. It also contains a makefile which shows you how
such files are passed as parameters to the XSLT stylesheets.
