Hussein,
Thanks again for your quick response and the explanation. I'll now
see what I can figure out about my document.

Thanks for your quick response. I have taken a look at the links
below, I see the node path and that contains <primary> and have been
able to type in a term.
Feeling a bit dense, but I cannot find the DocBook menu/menu item.
There is indeed no "DocBook" menu when XMLmind XML Editor fails to
detect your document as being a DocBook document.
This happens when the file
* has a very, very, old DocBook <!DOCTYPE>. Example: DocBook v3.
* has no DocBook v4 <!DOCTYPE> and no DocBook v5 namespace.
I get what you are saying about indexterm editor and it looks great but I
can't find anyway to invoke it.
Where will I find the DocBook menu/menu item please?
In your previous email, you wrote about <indexterm>, <primary>,
attribute sortas etc. I assumed you worked on a valid DocBook v4 or
v5 document.
The "DocBook" menu replaces the empty "XML" menu in the menu bar
when you open a document automatically detected by XMLmind XML
Editor as being a DocBook one.
Moreover, when the is the case, the opened document looks
``styled''. See for example this screenshot:
http://www.xmlmind.com/xmleditor/screenshots/styled_view.png .
Notice the "DocBook" menu in the menu bar between "Tools" and
"Window".
If XMLmind XML Editor fails to detect your document as being a
DocBook one, then I'm sorry but I would recommend to completely give
up the idea of using XMLmind XML Editor.
