Just been looking at how to identify optional steps in a task … setting the 'importance' attribute to 'optional' seemed like a good idea. Unfortunately, this isn't flagging the step as optional either in .pdf or in WebHelp. What else should I be doing?
Fingers crossed – could be my last question before Tech Support come along and install a licence purchased by the company, so I can stop running XXE from my personal licence on a stick.
