[XXE] XXE-6 top toolbars

In XXE 6.x the top toolbars span several lines. In XXE 5.x all the 
toolbars appear in the single same line. In wide screens the new layout 
means some waste of vertical space.

Is it possible to customize the XXE 6.x GUI in order to recover the 
former XXE 5.x toolbar layout?
