Hello, Our company uses XMLMind (the attached email to our XMLMind is mmel...@ecrs.com) to create a large online manual. We believe our program has used up too much memory, as the program will not open with our main manual XML file (339 KB), but will open other smaller files just fine. The program attempts to load the file for multiple minutes (the longest we allowed was 30 minutes).
