Encouraging! what I would like to do is set two attributes - status and rev -
on the same <ph> element, so I can then use easy profiling to say
IF status=new and rev=1r09 THEN include but do not highlight
IF status=new and rev=1r10 THEN include and highlight
IF status=deleted and rev=1r09 THEN do not include
IF status=deleted and rev=1r10 THEN include and highlight

If this sort of evaluation is possible, could you give me a pointer on how to
implement it? I don't mind if it isn't, but it would be helpful to know either
way. Thanks in advance!
