In Japanese, we have different word order to some items. 1. Section, Part and Chapter In English, it will be like "Section 1". But in Japanese, we express it as "The 1(st) Section", "The 2(nd) section" and so on. In Japanese characters it would be like the following. "Chapter 1" --> "The 1 Chapter" --> 第1章 "Section 2" --> "The 2(nd) Section" --> 第2節 "Part 3" --> "The 3(rd) part" --> 第3部 2. Cite, UIcontrol and term In English, you change the font to something else such as Italic. Whereas, in Japanese we normally place a symbol in front of the string and also after the string. (In the same way as for quotes.) This is because the use of italic is not so common for Japanese documents, and also because there aren't so many free italic fonts available. For example, we'd express UIcontrols with brackets like: "Press [A] then [B]. You are requesting enhancements to XMLmind DITA Converter (AKA ditac; http://www.xmlmind.com/ditac/), the DITA processor embedded in XMLmind XML Editor.
The problem is that we have released XMLmind DITA Converter v3.1.1 yesterday (see http://www.xmlmind.com/ditac/changes.shtml) and that we are currently very busy finishing XMLmind XML Editor v7.4 (which is to be released before the end of this month; may be next week).
So it's much too late for your requests for enhancements to appear in XMLmind XML Editor v7.4.
We understand the usefulness of your requests for enhancements and we'll consider them very carefully, but only after XMLmind XML Editor v7.4 is released. In all cases, I'll get back to you then, either by confirming that we'll implement some of your RFEs or by suggesting another way to achieve what you want.
