Sorry but this public, moderated, mailing-list is in English, so I'll attempt to answer your questions in English.

Let's suppose you used DITA Topic toolbar button "Toggle xref[html]" (http://www.xmlmind.com/xmleditor/_distrib/doc/dita/help.html#topic_toolbar) to insert a link to "spreadsheets/spreadsheet1.xlsx" in your document.

You then convert your document to Web Help which is to be generated in in "C:\temp\my_web_help".

1) "Toggle xref[html]" is the right tool for that. Simply in

<xref scope="external" format="html" href="spreadsheets/spreadsheet1.xlsx"/>

please use the Attributes tool to replace format="html" by format="xlsx". It's cleaner.

2) Your issue is almost certainly caused by the fact that, unlike image files, document resources like "spreadsheets/spreadsheet1.xlsx" are NOT COPIED AUTOMATICALLY to the output folder containing the Web Help.

Please do so manually after generating the Web Help. That is, create "C:\temp\my_web_help\spreadsheets" and copy all referenced ".xlsx" files there.

about:blank.
