Yes. You may freely install XMLmind XML Editor on as many computers as you wish. Moreover installing or using newly installed copy does not involve any license key or any online activation. XMLmind XML Editor is as simple to deploy as open source software.

There is absolutely nothing special to do because the license key is not used by the installation/uninstallation process. You may even keep the copy installed on the computer if you want.
It's important to understand that XMLmind XML Editor Professional Edition User License (http://www.xmlmind.com/xmleditor/license_xxe_pro.html) is basically a "floating" license *without* a license manager which checks if you are exceeding the number of user tokens you have purchased.
