Getting 2.0 out the door seems like a higher priority. Steve, is there anything keeping ya from using 2.0 instead of the 1.2 beta?
No, there is no particular reason other than wanting to use a "release" version rather than a "beta" version. I had naively believed that a "release" version of 1.2 would exist before a "release" version of 2.0 would. ;-)
Either way is fine. But I'm trying very hard to not to use any version without a CVS tag (so that it can be reproduced in the future without too much hassle). Maintaining a patched version in house is kind of a pain.
