What is the current status of this project? Is there a road map/schedule/plan?
No, there is none. IMO, 3.1-SNAPSHOT is stable and doesn't need any more work on the code base. I have checked in support for cookies with commons-httpclient today. Support for cookies with java.net classes is documented. I see no sense in adding more, because there is no obvious cookie framework for the java.net classes (at least not for 1.3, or 1.4) and I see no sense in creating yet another one. That leaves one issue open, which I do consider very important: Feedback by users has shown that using the RequestProcessorFactoryFactory is far away from obious and that more example (Spring?) are required. Docs for topics like accessing the clients IP address are broken. I do consider these to be blockers. I'd highly appreciate any help in that area.
