This snapshot site seems to contain only relases up to January 8, 2007 or so, and this patch came out after that. That seems odd. Can you comment on this?

I suggest, that you use one of the snapshot releases, as available from http://people.apache.org/repo/m2-snapshot-repository/org/apache/xmlrpc/ Otherwise, the patch is attached to the Jira issue (redirects.patch).
