[PATCH] Fix for executeAsync

[=?ISO-8859-1?Q?Holger_Hoffst=E4tte?=]

Anybody who needs a working executeAsync() can check out
http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/XMLRPC-62 which contains a fix that
works for me. Please test & comment.
