Latest news on this topic.... We tried using last night's build and running tests again this morning. Our numbers using ServletWebserver were still the same (about 14 seconds).
Then we moved back to using WebServer and found that 3.0 numbers were slightly better than 2.0 (about 4 seconds). We're going to keep investigating this slowly but for now we are just sticking with WebServer.
