The XMLSec Library 0.0.12 is released and available for download at

This release includes several bug fixes and improvements:
- 91 bits HMAC signatures bug;
- EVP ciphers in OpenSSL 0.9.7 bug;
- loading external DTD for xmlsec utility (patch from Rich
Salz);
- Sun Workshop CC compilation problems;
- xpath based start node selection in xmlsec utility (patch
from Ferrell Moultrie);
- line wrapping for certificates and crls
