No, all the releases have the same numbering scheme. Development
releases are marked as such ("dev" or "pre" in the name). There was
a long discussion about version numbering, the results are described
here:

Are you using some conventions like the kernel developers, using odd
minor version numbers for development versions, and even minor version
numbers for stable releases ?
