Your file did not work for me again :) OpenSSL and NSS on Linux were not able to
parse it. Anyway, I created p12 file myself and everything worked just fine: xmlsec-mscrypto
passes all the tests but ones that have not implemented features and the file with
public key that needs to be loaded from certificate. Great job!

As the subject says, with this pkcs12 file I managed to successfully
decrypt at at least the 3des-rsa-kt test. The pkcs12 private key is the
same as in rsa-priv-key.der. However I didn't get the testEnc.sh script
to work with this file successfully, and have no clue why I don't get
that to work.

At least I can send the pkcs 12 file already, if you want to test for
yourselves.

The password for this file is: 'secret'
