[xmlsec] using SAX with xmlsec

The xmlsec APIs take xmlNodePtr objects as input.

Anybody got any creative ideas for how to convert a SAX element to a DOM node?

I could build a node around the Signature element, but I don't think that's the same thing as passing in the Signature node.
