By default, help2man generates a simple description in the NAME section
of the man page (e.g. "manual page for xmlsec1 1.2.5"). This is the
one-line description used in the man database for "man -k", etc. It
would be good to use the -n option of help2man to supply something more
descriptive. Suggestions:
xmlsec1: "sign, verify, encrypt and decrypt XML documents"
xmlsec1-config: "detail installed version of xmlsec library"
