Hi,
I've tried to use http://www.aleksey.com/xmlsec/xmldsig-verifier.html to verify signature of one XML file, but I got an error saying that root certificate is missing. I belive this verifier should verify only signature and not a chain or at least say that signature is OK and chain is not. If you are not willing to change this then could you provide certificates in some other format except .pem? One that Windows understand.
